Pricing
Hourly rates for smaller projects start at $80/hr plus materials with a 2 hour minimum charge. If the job is finished in less than 2 hours, the rest of the time can be filled with other repairs or inspecting areas needing maintenance while I am there.
Available for weekend and after hours. Emergency rates will apply.
